Phyllo Dough: Part II

I don't really have much of a sweet tooth, Mike actually ate most of the Strawberry filled Phyllo cups. But I ended up having extra sheets, so I thought of making something savory instead.

I cut the sheets into rectangles and baked them, making "tostada" bases. Then I topped with my favorite tostada toppings. Refried Beans, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Red Onion, Charred Chicken and Cotija Cheese. Add a dollup of Sour Cream, and you got yourself a meal.
