Ground Turkey Stuffed Peppers with Balsamic and Ketchup Glaze


Chopped Zucchini, Red Onion, Green Bell Pepper and Mushrooms for the Stuffing


Ground Turkey with the Veggies, Diced Tomatoes, Seasoning, Handful of Panko and Parmesan and some of the Balsamic Ketchup Sauce


Red Bell Peppers Par Boiling. I like to slice mine in half instead of cutting the tops off so you can "stuff" more mixture into them.


Finished Product: Half Pepper Stuffed with Ground Turkey and Veggies with a Balsamic/Ketchup Glaze.
