Seared Ahi in restaurants is expensive! Why not make it at home?
Tonight I made seared ahi tuna with soy citrus asparagus.
Here's what you need.
Ahi Tuna steak:
Marinated with soy, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, coated with black sesame seeds on top and bottom.
Asparagus:
Olive oil, garlic, soy sauce and orange zest added
Wow, that looks soooo good... I'd ask for the recipe but I'm sure I'd fail... lol
ReplyDeleteIt's actually super easy to make. The only reason it's expensive at restaurants is because the fish itself is pricey. Hey, come on, they don't even cook it all the way.....lol.
